2. Sign-up for the launch notification
On this website you can register to be notified when Longevity Resorts launches. In doing so, we process the following data:
- your email address (required)
- your name (optional)
- date and time of your sign-up and your IP address at that time
- date and time of your confirmation and your IP address at that time
- the wording of the consent shown to you at sign-up
Confirmation procedure (double opt-in): After submitting the form, you will first receive an email with a confirmation link. Only when you click this link will we add you to the list. This ensures that no one can enter someone else's email address. The link is valid for seven days; if you do not confirm, your address will be deleted automatically. The confirmation email itself contains no advertising.
Purpose: one-off or recurring notification about the launch and related information about Longevity Resorts.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent). You give your consent by ticking the checkbox and submitting the form.
Withdrawal: You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. The quickest way is the unsubscribe link contained in every email we send — including the confirmation email. One click is enough; your address will then be deleted completely from our list. Alternatively, an informal message to info@longevityresorts.com is sufficient. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected.
Storage period: We store confirmed sign-ups until you withdraw your consent. The data will then be deleted, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted no later than seven days after registration.
The sign-ups are stored in a file on the hosting provider's server. The data is not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Server log files
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information that your browser transmits (so-called server log files): browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free and secure operation of the website).

The provider's data centre is located in Germany. Within the scope of hosting, your data is therefore not transferred to a third country outside the EU or the EEA.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of our online services).
5. Fonts
The fonts used on this website ("Cormorant Garamond" and "Hanken Grotesk") are served exclusively locally from our own server. No connection to Google servers or other third parties is established; your IP address is not transmitted to third parties.
6. Cookies, tracking and external content
This website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use any tracking, analytics or marketing services. No content is loaded from third-party servers (no external fonts, maps, video platforms or social media plugins). A cookie banner is therefore not required.
7. Your rights as a data subject
Under the GDPR, you have in particular the following rights:

- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

8. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Without prejudice to any other remedies, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR). The supervisory authority responsible for us is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
